Invitationals Next Event - OCT 2010

The arena of the L.T.S.I. Invites has 5 rings - like the main event, we use matted rings which are 6 meters by 6 meters. This event can deal with up to 300 competitors, as we have the childrens event in the morning and adults at 12 noon. All Black Belt divisions are I.T.F. rules now.

The L.T.S.I. Opens are both organised and run by the three Executive members. Their duties are as follows -

• Director -
  • Arranging the event from start to finish.
  • Ensuring awards are ordered on time.
  • Ensuring communication e-mails are sent out.
• Administration -
  • Entering data into the computerised seeding manager.
  • Finances.
• Supervisor -
  • Ensuring the days proceedings run smoothly.
